Casa Magnolia is a small comfortable vacation house with a cosy atmosphere. On the 65 sqm ground you find a sleepingroom with double-bed, the bathroom with douche and the open, comfortable furnished kitchen. The generous livingroom with panorama-windows has a table for 6 persons and a stove-heating for "fresh wintertime eavenings". On the open gallery, only separeted with a curtain, stands a second double-bed.
The surrounding area
15 walk-minutes above the center of the small village Ginetes, on a 1 mile gravel-road (nearly "Vivenda Annelore"), you will find Casa Magnolia in a imaginatively arranged 1500 sqm naturgarden with terrace round about the house, barbecue-place and a open-fire location. From this dreamly quiet and isolated location you have a splendid panorama-view to the Atlantic Ocean (1 mile distance west) and to the mountains of the Sete Cidades vulcano (east). In a 1 hour mountain-walk the rim of crater is reachable. The nearlyest swiming possibility in the ocean (with hot water) is in a 45 walk-minute distance. To the crater-lakes of Sete Cidades you need only 10 minutes by car.
