Porto Puddu, (also known as Porto Pollo) is 6 Km away from the town of Palau (SS), facing La Maddalena archipelago and is the ideal place to spend a sporty and relaxing holiday.

Marvellous beaches are within a walking distance from the flat (approx. 3 minutes).
The location is well-known as a paradise for windsurfers above all in spring and late summer because of its ideal wind conditions.
In summer, during the high season period the place is crowded by families and people from all over the world.
The two main beaches of Porto Pollo are characterized with high dunes of finest sand.
One of these beaches, called Sciumara, is of particular natural and environmental interest due to the delta of the river Liscia, which through reed thickets and luxuriant vegetation flows lazily into the sea. The place is ideal for bird watching and is worth to be explored, perhaps by canoe.
Gallura
is the name of the north east territory of Sardinia. It includes the coast towns of Olbia, Arzachena, Palau, S. Teresa di Gallura and the inland ones like Tempio Pausania, Calangianus and S. Antonio.
The indented coast offers fantastic panoramas, wonderful beaches, dreamy little bays, granite rocks modelled by nature and numerous little islands surrounded by a sea of unforgettable colours and transparencies.
This geographical area includes the famous Costa Smeralda (territory of Arzachena) and the marvellous National Park of the archipelago of La Maddalena.
The climate is mild and winter is never very strong.
In summer, thanks to the marine breezes, it is never too sultry and it rarely rains.
Practically the summer season begins in April and lasts to the end of October, but very often also in March and November there are pleasantly warm periods.
The month of April is particularly beautiful when, on the island, the nature generously spreads all over its colourful blossoms and inebriant perfumes.

NOT REQUESTED CONSUMPTION COSTS, for water, gas and electricity (there is an air conditioning system).
Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the tariff for the entire stay.
The remaining 70% of the tariff together with final cleaning fees is due upon arrival. Furthermore a the amount of € 200,00 as damage-guarantee is required. This sum will be entirely reimbursed at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.
The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 5.00 and 8.00 p.m. of the arrival day and have to be returned within 10.00 a.m. on the departure day.
