Our romantic holiday home is located in the protected nature zone around the lake Wallersee, close to the country communtiy Neumarkt am Wallersee.
From the house itīs about 3 minutes to walk to the lake with private attached garden and bathing area.
With itīs two big bedrooms (4-6)people, a large living room area with attached dining room, kitchen bathroom, toilet and entrance hall, the sice of the holiday home is about 110 mē.
A large terrace with an open fireplace and grill, with garden furniture, sized about 52 mē, is attached to the living room and can be used at any time of the year.
Colored satellite TV, Radio- and CD player, hairdryer, a well adaptek kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher are placed in the house.
Fresh sheets and towels for 4 people are included in the price, and an extra-bed and a baby-bed are available on request.

The house is situated in a very quiet, protected nature area at the hills of the east-bay of the lake Wallersee.
Itīs about 20 km from the city of Salzburg, and one of the most warmest lake of the salzburger lake-area.
Visits are Festung HohenSalzburg, Hellbrunner Wasserspiele a. Garden of animals, Haus der Natur, f. e. Schafbergbahn.

Itīs about 5 minutes to the boat-area, with attached Minigolf and tennis.
Also in a few minutes itīs able to visit Golf-areas, for 18 dumps.
Many bike- and walking-tours are also in near areas.

Travel information
You come from Salzburg A1, go up on Wallersee - you drive on B1 to Wallersee - On Neumarkt you go right to Neumarkt on Wallersee and drive on the front of the city. On a car-place, you go right and drive until Mayerhof. On this place you always have to go right and drive until the roads end to the lake. Now you have to go the right way along until the house-area.
