The house is about 5 minutes drive from Castelleone di Suasa (1,500 inhabitants), a quaint, picturesque town typical of the Marche region. Other nearby towns include Corinaldo (10 km), Mondavio (10 km), Senigallia and Iesi (28 km).

The house is situated in Castelleone di Suasa, a delightful locality of rolling hills protected by strict environmental and landscape regulations.
With its secular olives, oaks and fruit trees, the vast garden is the ideal place to relax, soak up the peaceful surroundings, or just sit – or lie – in the sun. Despite the secluded location, the long sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast are a short 20-minute drive away. Groceries and other essential shopping can be purchased at the township of Castelleone di Suasa, situated just 2.5 km from the house.
Activities
The beaches of Senigallia are only 25 km away; the township also features large supermarkets, a large selection of night clubs, venues and restaurants, as well as two fitness centres. Other Medieval villages (such as Castelleone) or Renaissance towns of the Marche region can be visited during half-day excursions. The house is also within driving distance of the Frasassi caves and the “Furlo negli Appennini” nature park.
