The residence has 5 little houses surrounded by a big common garden, only 200 m away from the beach and 1 km far from the centre. All around it is possible to find restaurants and take-away, bar, shops and banks.
Our apartments (at the ground floor and on the first floor with a big terrace) have a living room with sofa-bed, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower (max 5 people). All the apartments have heating for the winter, a Tv-antenna and tables and chairs on the open air.
It is possible to park in the street in front of the apartments, or in our adjacent covered parking to pay. The residence is also furnished of three washing-machines with tokens, playground for children and barbecues.
To reach the sea (5 minutes by foot) you cross a beautiful pinewood; the beach is free, but nearby, it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and deck chairs.

Follonica, settled in the centre of the homonymous Gulf, about 40 km far from Grosseto, is one of the outstanding resorts more equipped of Maremma. The mild climate, the sea that is safe for young and old alike, and the long sandy beaches make the city an outstanding resort. Follonica’s location makes it easy to visit places rich in monuments, artworks and striking natural beauty with just a few kilometres of driving: Massa Marittima, with its cathedral, palaces and museums; the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia, Vetulonia and Roselle; The Thermal baths of Saturnia; the Park of Maremma. You can also plan a trip to the island of Elba; the great tuscan art centres of Florence, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano are easy reachable with day trips by train, coach or car.

To arrive follow the motorway to Livorno, than the freeway Aurelia no. 1, direction Grosseto/Roma, till the exit Follonica nord.
Go down, direction Grosseto; at the third rotatory turn on the right. Than go down and follow the direction “Punta Ala”. At the end of the street, you will find a big pinewood: only 200 m far away you’ll find our apartments.
Auto not necessary: rail station and centre about 1 Km far away.
Airport of Pisa (where it is possible to rent a car): 90 Km.
