The vacation dwelling is located in the raised ground floor of the villa „Heimkehr”. This became ca.1900 built and rehabilitates basically in the year 1998. The style of the house corresponds to the barber architecture emperor Wilhelm of the First. The apartment has a living room with a built-in American cooking. Furthermore a bedroom as well as a guests or child's room are at your disposal. The comfortable bathroom, the wardrobe as well as the very generous porch complete the premises. The rooms of the vacation dwelling are fitted with attractive furniture and yield an altogether elevated equipment. The apartment is fitted out completely and radio contains water cookers and many useful things more with CD, television set, coffee machine, like garbage bags, cleanser and spices. The complete bedlinen and towels can be provided against charges.
In addition, there is a baby bed in the apartment. A high chair can be provided. A laundromat and dryers are in the house. Very comfortable furniture for the porch is also available. Furthermore a lockable bicycle cellar is part of the vacation dwelling. The vacation dwelling is year-roundly utilizable. As for the rest a parking lot of one's own is part of the vacation dwelling directly in front of the house.

The surrounding area
The villa „Heimkehr” is in a very quiet dead end in the center of the east seaside resort Göhren. The health cure center and stores as well as restaurants and restaurants are located in an immediate proximity. The beach and the station of the historical railroad "Racing Roland" are only approx. 150 meters remote. There isn't any through traffic in Göhren. You reach Göhren at the best via the freeways A 19 and A 20, if you go by car, to Rostock east. There about the B 105 to Stralsund, in Stralsund on the B 96 via the “Rügendamm” till Bergen. From there about the B196 to Göhren.
You can go by train about Stralsund to Binz. Then take the train "Racing Roland" to Göhren. From there on foot to the vacation dwelling, approx. 150 meters.
