"Sunset Villa" has 160 sq.m. (1,600 sqft) of living space, surrounded by 3,300 sq.m. (33,000 sqft) of garden and affords outstanding views on the Gulfs of Lacona and Stella.
It has four bedrooms (two of which with queen-size beds and adjacent bathroom), a large room spacious for 4 persons, and a smaller room with a bunk bed]. All rooms are fitted with fly screens.
In addition, there is a kitchen with dinig space; the living room has satellite TV, fireplace and safe. In total, the villa sleeps up to 8 people.
Outside, beneath a large palm tree, there is a marble table with various chairs - here you can enjoy your open air dinner ! There is also a roofed, sea view terrace with barbecue.
Two years ago, the villa (including the bathrooms) has been completely and elegantly renovated. A modern kitchen, including dishwasher and laundry machine, have been installed.
A garage and a roofed three car port are provided in order to be able to park cars in the shade.

The beach is accessible via sloped path in two minutes; a supermarket is available within 2 kms, and the beautiful village of Capoliveri is just 1.5 kms from the villa.
At the nearby beaches, parasols, deck chairs, rubber dinghis, pedaling boats and aquascooters may be rented.
In Capoliveri you may wish to discover typical local restaurants...great to pass an evening away !

The villa is located near Capoliveri, in the county of Barabarca-Stecchi (also the name of the area's beaches). It is part of a part of a holiday single villa residence, characterized by peacefulness and tranquillity.
The villa is built on a very "mediterranean" piece of land, full of lush greenery, and sloping down directly to a nearby bay, laced with small, secluded beaches. Rocks, small stones and the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea will sure add their share to your fascination !
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the scents of rosemary, broom, and eucalyptus - after a short ride (12 kms, or 15 min ) from the Elba harbour of Portoferraio.
