You can find in a ray of 50 Km. the principals cities of arts of northern Italy (Verona, Vicenza, Padova, Rovigo, Ferrara, Mantova) and many other centres of interest as Este, Montagnana, Monselice, Badia Polesine, Fratta Polesine, Ostiglia, Mirandola, Valeggio sul Mincio, Lonigo, Soave and many others. Opera to the Arena of Verona in July and August. Many others feast, festivals, street markets, events. In particular from 12 to 17 August the Festival of Spinimbecco, the second Saturday of September the feast of Via Pila in the court of the farm and at the end of August and beginning of October festivals in Villa Bartolomea.

For rentals up to 4 months, the price will be calculated on the monthly specific fee.
For rentals over 4 months, if the number of months at a lower fee is prevailing, the price will be calculated at the lower fee for all the period.
Full payment in advance for rentals up to 2 months, monthly in advance from 3 to 6 months rentals, every two months in advance over 6 months rentals.
Confirmatory down payment of 20% of the booked rent.
Security deposit up to half a month (for rentals of one or two months), one full month (for rentals from 3 to 6 months), two full months (for rentals over 6 months).

Travel information
The Farm La Pila is located in the village of Spinimbecco, near Villa Bartolomea, along the speedway SS 434 connecting Verona and Rovigo. At about 40 km both from Verona or from Rovigo you will find the small exit of Carpi, halfway between the exits of Villa Bartolomea (coming from Verona - Legnago) and of Castagnaro (coming from Rovigo - Badia Polesine). Leave the main road, proceed towards the village (i.e. turn left at the STOP) and after 500 metres take the first small road to the left: Strada dell’argine vecchio della Valle and then Via Gorgo da Bagno. Follow this small road bended and sided from ditches but completely asphalted and about 1 km after on your left you will find the Farm La Pila.
