The former oil mill is located in a wild unspoilt landscape north of Ile Rousse, 400 m away from Urtaca and not far from the mountains and ocean. The house has a suite of 60 with two bedrooms separately to the front and to the other side of the apartment with housetop terrace with a marvellous view and a separate one room apartment.
