The distance to the broad, long sandy beach of the open North Sea is only approx. 400 m away, a big playground with game sea and terrific equipment invites the children to playing and getting to know each other.
In the surroundings the culture friend finds museums of the most different type and attractive possibilities offer for sports fans. You find quiet and relaxation at the walking and cycling in the lovely dunes and at the miles long, white sandy beach.
In any case picturesque small towns in the surroundings are worth an excursion.
