a) payment: If you book our apartment, you have to make a down payment in the amount of 30%.
b) bail: For a habitation up to 3 weeks, a bail in the amount of 150,- € is charged.
For long-run hiring, the bail amounts 300,- €.
c) means of payment: Cost free bank transfer or cash in EURO.
d) cancellation: If you cancel your booking, for at least 14 days before
arrival day, the amount you already payed in credited for 1 year. Inside this time you can use this amount for
further bookings
