"Il Mirto" has been built with total respect of the landscape and nature, and is surrounded by characteristic rocks. It is a cosy corner apartment within a small group of five, nestling within a rocky landscape in a quiet location just outside Liscia di Vacca, a gorgeous bay north of Porto Cervo. This pretty stone villetta offers simple, comfortable accommodations in a lovely spot.
Just 2 Km away are beaches with sand and cliffs. Just a little further there are the famous beaches Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe and Pevero.
Porto Cervo village is 2 km from the house, There you will find a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent and typical restaurants), supermarkets, shops, street markets, banks, a petrol station and a post office.

There are both land and water sport activities: windsurfing, tennis, golf, fishing, sailing, and trecking. Pevero golf is one of the most beautiful courses with its 18 holes from Grande Pevero beach to Cala di Volpe.

Carefully furnished, the apartment has: A living room with satellite TV, and dinning room. A small equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, and microware.
Two bedrooms: Master bedroom with a queen bed, and a large wall closet, and joining bathroom with shower.
Second bedroom: 2 bunk beds (matress cm90x cm 200, normal for adults, 2 people only preferred)
A second bathroom in the hallway with washing machine and shower.
A pretty terrace lounge in front of Cottage il Mirto, with table, chairs and a cushioned sofa, provides the perfect spot for meals outdoors.
There is a garden and reserved parking.
Grocery shop and restaurant are near in Liscia Di Vacca, a stroll from the house.
The prices includes: Gas for warm water and cooking, electricity, hand & bed linens and the final cleaning.
Not Included: Should heat be required, the gas will be calculated at the meter.
Refundable breakage deposit: € 200 to be paid upon arrival cash euro.

Apartment generally rents by the week, but will consider less days.
Payment: 50% at the time of booking, balance due within one month of arrival.
Changeover Day:Saturday other days on requestand availability.

The houses are just 30km from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport where many international flights arrive. And about 130km from Alghero airports, where many international flights arrive. From many countries there are some cheaper flights that arrive in Alghero airport. All these airports have the main car hire companies.
