The house is totally quiet away from any traffic. On the large, fenced plot you will find three houses (The owners house and another, smaller cottage for 4 persons)separated by gardens and a high hedge so that your privacy will remain undisturbed. Even for the cars are separate entrances.
Basement with living-dining room and cozy corner fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor has a balcony with stunning panoramic sea views, in addition two more doubles and a toilet.
Behind the house is a sheltered patio with a view to Serra, a garage, also your surfboards you can get good here. The sun moves around the house, so you may refuel everywhere light, air and sun.

The house is a ten minute walk to Guincho Beach - one of Europe's most celebrated surfing beaches. The house has a superb view of the beach as well as the Sintra mountains. Thanks to the strict building regulations except a few restaurants and cafes no unpleasant concrete fortresses or mass tourism spoil the region. A highlight is the marine pool with a restaurant and some top-class restaurants on the coast road to Cascais. Generally it’s a familiar atmosphere.
Cascais is only a ten minute drive and Sintra and Lisbon can be reached in thirty minutes by good transport connections.

The former fishing village of Cascais is just a few km away and the sophisticated heart of the coast. So all shopping, sports and leisure facilities concentrate here as well as night-life, bars, gourmet restaurants and the famous Casino Estoril. In the "Centro Cultural" regular art-exhibitions and smaller concerts take place. Apart from the beaches of the surrounding area and a yacht marina there are several riding stables, tennis courts, and especially some of the best golf courses in the country in the immediate neighborhood. Along the beach is a perfectly kept sideway for jogging and cycling (bike-hire).
