The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c and attractive double wash hand basin and vanity unit. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. All the necessary bedding is provided for all beds including the sofa bed. The general bathroom has a walk in shower, w.c and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided. Within the complex the landscaped gardens are complemented with water fetaures and 2 lovley pools with decking for sun bathing.There is a good choice of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and chemist within walking distance. The Punta Prima beach is also within walking distance as is the lovely promenade. Punta Prima is only a few minutes drive from the main town of Torrevieja and there is a bus service which runs along the nearby coast road. There is a choice of airports with Alicante 45 minutes to the north and Murcia/San Javier 30 minutes to the south. For the golfer there is a choice of 3 local courses all with in 15 minutes by car and even more just a little further away. Like many areas in this part of the Costa Blanca there is some nearby building work being undertaken which shouldn’t spoil anyone’s stay here. Definitely a property for those who are looking for a bit more from their holiday accommodation
