It is set back on higher grounds in 20.000 m2 terraced garden mainly covered with olive trees. It is situated 2 km from the coastline and 5 minutes by car to the closest towns of Chiavari and Lavagna. A few external steps take you to the large 50 m2 terrace, furnished with deckchairs, barbecue and it has a shadowed table for alfresco dining. What a place to have your breakfast and read you morning paper, admiring the breathtaking bay which stretches from Sestri Levante to Portofino. On the ground floor is the living room sat TV,, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, coffeemachine, microwave. On the ground floor is an extra WC, washing machine in laundry room with sink. On the first floor one double bedroom, one single room, bathroom with shower. Liguria stretches from the French border down to Tuscany. It has a very temperate climate al year round and the winters are mild. In February the gardens and terraced hills turn yellow with mimosa and autunm lasts to december! From Chiavari and Lavagna discover the mediterrean coastline by train!. It is very relaxing way to see the picturesque coastal villages of the Cinque Terre, which has delightful hiking tracks with spectacular views over the sea and the hills behind. Portofino is 20 km away. Visit Genoa with the world largest aquarium or the famous Hanbury garden in Ventimiglia.
