From the apartment's balcony, you often have the stunning view of large ships berthed at the Ocean Terminal.
Within walking distance is the Royal Yacht Britannia, and a luxury shopping leisure and cinema complex.
There are excellent public transport links, not only to all of Edinburgh's attractions but, for instance, over the spectacular Forth bridges to Fife [and its golf courses] and south to the historic Scottish Border area.
