The studio is located in a family residence, quiet and near to all conveniences. As you enter, you feel right away on holiday: the apartment is bright and on the sofa you watch the hill and it's mill and you dream.
The furniture ( sofa bed BZ Premium) and appliances are new with a lovely decoration. A cupboard is available in the lobby.
You can park in the residence.

The surrounding area

Colioure is a very picturesque seaside town enjoying 320 days sunny. At the foot of the Pyrenees, Collioure is only 26km from Perpignan, 20km from Spain and the Costa Brava and less than two hours slopes ski. Collioure is a small Catalan port surrounded by five beaches, a castle and two forteresses. The old neighborhood east striped by narrow streets lined with houses with pastel colors and covered galleries, shops and restaurants.
A market takes place twice a semaine. Collioure, lair of Fauvism founded by Matisse and Derain, houses an artists' colony since the early 20th century.

To access COLLIOURE, out of the A9 highway to PERTHUS take direction PORT-VENDRES / ARGELES and after a few kms, follow direction COLLIOURE: by corniche.Dans Collioure, take the direction of Port-Vendres and facing the tower and the terminal at Port of Aval take to the streets right Chéric Coma (panel prohibited except local residents). You're 50m dela residence Val St Eme.
