We are in a peaceful farming hamlet with views of the open countryside, our farmhouse has two bedrooms and can accomodate upto 5 people and a cot, both bedrooms have ensuite shower, wc & basin. There is a large fully equipped kithcen/breakfast room, a shower/wc on the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room with two comfortable sofas and patio doors leading out to a terrrace area which is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing & dining. There is a TV (English), video, dvd, radio/cd player, a selection of dvd's, videos, toys, games & books to suit the whole family. There are adult & children bikes for our guests to use during their stay along with an assortment of outside activities for to suit everyone.

The surrounding area
Just 3km from the farmhouse is the charming historic town of Montreuil Bellay with its beautiful chateau overlooking the river "Thouet". The town is very well serviced with a large supermarket, several other independant shops, banks, post office, doctors, bars & restaurants.
The towns of Saumur with its wonderful chateau and world famous equestrian centre, and the pretty town of Doue La Fontaine with one of Europe's finest Zoos and the acient town of Thouars with its spectacular views over the valley are all within 15 mins drive away. We are ideally situated to explore the majority of the attractions that this beautiful part of the Loire has to offer and there are several vineyards close by for you to try the acclaimed wine of the "Anjou"
