The old whitewhashed walls made of natural stone give this house a lot of charm and distinction. The former storerooms with their nice ceiling were enformed to a bedroom, a huge bathroom and a tempting entrance area with stairs made of granit to the upper floor.
In the upper store there are the living room and the kitchen living(with southern balcony). The two rooms are connected with a burstin. The corridor with its nice windows will lead you into the second bedroom with a western balcony.
The surrounding area
The romantic house lies in combine with other restored houses and you have a wonderful view over the sea. Itīs surrounded by gardens and olive groves.
The distance to the sea are approx. 4 km.
Moltodo/Diano San Pietro lies right above Diano Marina. In Diano Marina there is a very good infrastructure with countless restaurants, and the possibility to go out or shopping. For children there are a lot of playgrounds in Diano Marina or Imperia and for the biger ones there is a cart racetrack and the Bowling&Billard Center with its American Bar in Diano Castello and many discotheques in Diano Marina. In Alassio and Diano Marina you have a great variety of shops.

Day trips which we can recommend: Bussano Vecchia, the grotto at Toriano is one of the largest in Europe, the botanical garden at the Villa Hanbury, the sea aquarium in Genoa or Monte Carlo, the marine museum in Genoa or Albenga, the old city of Genoa, Cervo, the stronghold of chamber music, the olive museum in Imperia, whalewatching tours which leave from Porto Maurizio (Imperia), tours in the outback by bike or by foot, go paragliding in Petra Ligure, or to the riding school in Mulini Martini in Imperia which has introductory courses and tours in the Ligurian mountains, visit the old olive mill in Praelo (above Dolcedo) and Gazzeli or to the prize winning vineyards of "La Rocca di San Nicola" with Vermentino and Pigato.
