House is rather new. Each apartment has all the accessories necessary for the everyday living. Owners are present during the entire summer. During the night it is very quiet - one can hear a sea waves and see a very dark sky. House has 4 floors altogether.

Situated in the Ljubljeva bay near Vinisce. House is one of the circa 30 cottage houses in the village.
The Mediterranean vegetation is surrounding the Ljubljeva.
Within one hour of drive, historical and vivid Dalmatian cities can be found - Split, Trogir, Sibenik, Omis and Primosten.
They are also connected with many islands.
National Park of Krka's waterfalls are often visited, reachable in 90 minutes of driving.
Beautiful festival of "Klapa" (traditional chores) in Omis, is held during most of the July.
