The apartment is very central. You can walk to the Eiffel tower and the Champs de Mars (2-5 min), to the "Tour Maubourg" (5 min) and to the "Invalides - Napoleon's grave" (10 min). The Montparanasse Tower is 10 min far by bus. Close to many main monuments : Eiffeil tower, Invalides close to the subway station (Ecole militaire - line 8) and to many coaches : 92, 80, 82, 87, 28, 69. So you can join every place in Paris very easily.
Maximum 5 min amay from the apartment you will find all the commodities for everyday life: shopping, bars, restaurants, etc.
