The surrounding area
Type B Lodges are situated near the top of the hill with patio doors looking out on spectacular views over Loch Ness. Type A Lodges are on individual sites with patio doors and windows looking out on the magnificent scenery of the surrounding countryside. We are situated 3 miles from the village of Drumnadrochit, which is on the A82 on the west side of Loch Ness 14 miles south of the city of Inverness. The village has hotels and pubs, restaurants, shops, Post Office and Bank and two Loch Ness Monster Exhibition Centres. Our lodges, to which many guests return time and time again, are in the countryside but convenient for the city "bright lights" so have something to offer all types of visitor by providing a refuge of peace and tranquillity.
All heating, lighting and cooking is by electricity, which is by way of coin operated £1 coin meter after first £5 allowance included in hire charge.

Drumnadrochit is situated 14 miles south of Inverness on the Inverness-Fort William road. A82.To reach our lodges from the village of Drumnadrochit, take the A831 west to Cannich for one mile then turn right on to the A833 to Beauly for one mile then turn right to Drumnadrochit Lodges for one mile.
