Quiet family-run Guest House which is beautifully decorated to retain many original features of the Edwardian townhouse. Situated 1.5km south of the city centre and 2 minutes walk from the town bus route. All 5 guest bedrooms have ensuite facilities. We can accommodate up to 11 guests.

Our house is situated on a quiet leafy side street, just 1.5km from Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and other major tourist attractions of Edinburgh. We are close to Edinburgh University, Arthur's Seat (Queens Park), and The Meadows.
We offer free bus travel to our guests with all direct bookings so that you can access all areas of the city.
Waverley railway station and Edinburgh International airport are accessible by bus or taxi.
Theatres, cinemas and restaurants are close at hand. There are a selection of restaurants within five minutes walk. Brochures and leaflets can be found in the bedrooms and at various other points in the house to help you decide. Tours are available around the city or to other parts of Scotland.

There are a number of local golf courses, on the outskirts of the city. Walks can be taken in the city, climb Arthurs Seat and Salisbury Crags, or go out of town to the Pentland Hills. Portobello Beach and Cramond Island are lovely when th sun is out.
Take a short boat trip to Inchcolm Island from South Queensferry.
Try Midlothian dry ski slope.
