The bed&breakfast Il canto dell'usignolo is situated in a recently constructed semi-detached villa, 6 km from the historical centre of Perugia and the airport of S.Egidio (LIRZ). The B&B has a separate entrance which leads to the upper floor of the house, (exclusively for the B&B) with an attic, well-lit and furnished with care and originality.
The B&B 'Il canto dell’usignolo' consists of:
one double room furnished in a "romantic" style with the possibility of adding a crib, with a terrace with a table, chairs and sunshade;
one double room furnished in ethnic style with the possibility of adding a bed;
a large bathroom with a shower, shared by the two rooms (if both are occupied), for exclusive use of the guests;
a living room with a small panoramic balcony for the use of guests during the day, where they can eat breakfast and consult in comfort the tourist material provided by the B&B;
a large porch where, depending on the season, breakfast is served, surrounded by nature.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN indoors.
The bus stop is 100 metres away.
The village, Ponte Valleceppi, is 800 metres away and has all services.

BY CAR:
From the NORTH: A1 National Highway Firenze - Roma exit Valdichiana, then take the connecting road Bettolle - Perugia, proceed in the direction of Cesena, exit Lidarno Sant’Egidio; alternatively the highway E 45 Ravenna - Roma, exit Lidarno Sant’Egidio.
From the SOUTH: A1 National Highway Firenze - Roma exit Orte, take the E 45 in the direction of Cesena, exit Lidarno Sant’Egidio. From the Lidarno Sant’Egidio exit proceed towards the centre of the village of Ponte Valleceppi, after approx. 600 metri you will find Via del Laghetto on the left. We are at No. 41.
