Both rooms contain a corner with basket-chairs, a wardrobe with handles, a bureau as well as a radio with CD player as well as a color TV with cable connection (4 German channels BBC Latvian/Russian channels). The kitchen is completely furnished (table-ware) and offers place for 6 persons. Likewise there is an iron, ironing board, laundry stand, vacuum cleaner and washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is located in Terbatas Street 6/8 on an inner court. The yard is closed in the evening. Thus, it is very calm, despite the central location. The dwelling is at the edge of the old town to the city center. Everything can be explored comfortably afoot. Also, distances to the next restaurant, supermarket and bus stops are only a few meters. The road is next to a park and a cinema as well as an opera are in close proximity. If you intend to visit also Tallinn/Estonia or Vilnius/Lithuania you should calculate with a 4 hours drive by car to either of the two cities.

The price is for the entire dwelling. It differs after secondary and main season. Rent for one week is of course cheaper than 7 days price per unit. If the need should arise I stand ready to help you locally and to offer some guidance. In the main season (16.04. - 15.09.) we add an amount of 20 Euro, if you will stay less than 3 nights.
