The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey “maison de village”, overlooking the "Verrerie de Biot". The spacious and quiet square in front is still known under its former name, “Place de l’Airette” which means something like “little resting place”. Even during peak season only a few tourists find their way here to enjoy a glance over the valley and the Verrerie.
The apartment consists of a small bedroom (1.40m double bed), a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, a living room with an integrated kitchenette.
The open terrace in front of the studio is reserved for our guests: to relax after a day at the beach, to enjoy a “Pastis” before dinner, to read, or whatever pleases you.
The surrounding area
Biot can be found nested in the triangle made up of Cannes, Nice and Grasse. And, because of its proximity to the sea, it makes an ideal location for a beach holdiday. Within a half-hour drive, you can easily visit Grasse, the city of perfumes; Cannes, the city of festivals; and Nice, the administrative centre of the “Alpes-Maritimes”. And don’t forget the Roman city of Antibes, only 6 km away, where you can explore Europe’s biggest yacht harbour. Biot's historic centre provides a perfect setting for typical village life in the south of France and thus is a popular place for tourists. Nonetheless, Biot has been able to retain its individuality and authenticity which is reflected in its narrow streets, cobbled roads.

By Car: On the A8 motorway (Autoroute du Soleil) please take exit no 44 “Antibes/Juan Les Pins”. Coming from Nice just follow the signs indicating Biot.
By train: You can either get off the train at “Gare de Biot” or “Gare d’Antibes”.
By Airplain: You arrive at Nice Airport.
