In our 2 quiet and quite remote from the loud district of Tempelhof Lichtenrade apartments you can enjoy the greeness of Berlin. You can do some great walks, relax, do nothing or jump into one of the passing trains and catapult yourself in less than 24 minutes into the city. Sightseeing, shopping, parties and much more. Ideal accommodation for larger families and smaller groups. The first apartment is on the 1st storey and offers 73m² of living space for maximal 6 guests. The second apartment is in the loft and offers 43m² of living space for a maximum of 3 guests. They are clean, practical and modern fitted.
A pretty and cared for garden belongs to the property and has possibilities to barbecue and just simply sit down and smoke. There are always enough parking spaces in front of the building for our guests.
The surrounding area
The double house is very quietly set and is surrounded by a few apartment buildings and parks. In the close area you will find the metro-station Lichtenrade as well as bus and taxi stations. The train station offers a free park and ride parking possibility. Also in the near are many exclusive shops and different supermarkets, restaurants and bistros.
The city motorway A100 is about 15 minutes away. The exposed situation also makes short and quick trips into the surrounding area of Brandenburg possible. In Tempelhof you are far away of the hectic city life but still close enough to travel by bus and rail to enjoy the live and busy life of Kreuzberg and Schoeneberg.
