The apartment on the 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with 2 showers (separated by curtains), a kitchen, livingroom and 3 balconies. The house was renovated last year.
It is fully furnished and has 2 TVs, 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves with ovens, coffee machine, utensils, and cutlery.
There are supermarkets, restaurants and the Palace Club withing walking distance to the house.

Siofok ist the largest town of Lake Balaton, being the capital of the biggest lake in Central Europe. It provides excellent recreational and sport opportunities e.g. beach, Balaton event, sailing, boat trips to the north shore of lake etc. The Coca cola Beach house parties are famous among the young. In the summertime several cultural events are organized in town e.g. festivals, concerts, exhibitions, operettas and folklore performances. There is a wide variety of restaurants providing Hungarian and international cuisines.
