An elegant stone farmhouse, in the heart of Valle Umbra, Villa Rosy sets amidst a nine hectare olive grove in the gentle hills of Mount Subasio. Only 3 km from Assisi, the estate has a beautiful location with splendid views over the valley, where visitors can see Perugia and Montefalco off in the distance.
The original structure has been divided into two different apartments furnished and equipped to a high standard with a mixture of modern and antique furniture.
