Our house is for old buildings lovers. You 'll find a sitting room installed in a cellar with a pillar dated of the XIVth century, stones of "tuffeau"and exposed beams. In front of the house, you'll enjoy a pretty garden of about 700m² closed with a stone wall. The house can accomodate 10 people with its 5 bedrooms and its surface area of 250 m². On the right side, there's a garage and on the other side a large wooden terrace. On the ground flour, you'll find a dining room from which you can reach the terrace, a kitchen, a bathroom, a WC and two bedrooms and on the firt flour, a mezzanine, three bedrooms, a bathrooms and a WC. The house is well equiped with all domestic appliances, TV, Hi Fi system, bikes, table tennis, baby food.
By the river Loire
The surrounding area
All Loire castles can be reach within one hour. The nearest are Blois (2 miles), Chambord (10 miles), Chaumont (10 miles), Cheverny (10 miles), Chenonceau (15 miles). The house takes part of the village of La Chaussée Saint-Victor which is situated in the rich suburbs of Blois. The House is one of the last house before the river Loire bank. You can reach the village's center in 5 minutes by walking. It's a very nice village with its old houses, its church and its grocer's, baker's and butcher's. In a few minutes, you'll walk or bike by the river Loire where cars are prohibited. Then, you'll enjoy a beautiful nature along the always changing river Loire.

Of course families are welcome. We can accept a pet (max. 1) but only if their owners don't allow them to do their excrements in the garden!
The house is suitable for seniors except the cellar-sitting-room but they can perfectly avoid to use it.
