The vacation rental

The apartment “Linda” is situated in the first floor and has a large south facing terraces of approx. 36 square meter with a wonderful panoramic view over the entire Orotava-Valley, the mountain range of the Cañadas and the Teide (with 3.715 m highest mountain of Spain). An american kitchen, bath, living room and 1 bedroom (double bed 160 x 190 cm) result in approx. 72 square meter living space. A large couch (which can be converted to a bed) in the living room offers to a third person a further amply sleep opportunity, a (travel-) baby cot can also be made available. Bed-linen, table-clothes and towels are sufficient available just as hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a safe for all the important little things.

The surrounding area

Puerto de la Cruz is the tourist centre in the north of Tenerife and offers ideal possibilities for every vacationer. The black volcanic sandy beaches, the sea water swimming-pools, the Loro Parque (animal show) and the national park Las Cañadas del Teide (3.715 m highest mountain of Spain) are known internationally.
The flat is situated in Puerto de la Cruz in the district of La Paz which belongs to the preferential residential areas. At approx. 80 m above sea level there is a well-balanced climate, hence, among other things the botanical garden is nearby.
