Located on a quiet rural street opposite a 900 year old Norman Church the location is perfect. Just minutes from the village which has several pubs, restaurants, a bank, chemist and many shops and just a 10 min stroll to the beach and cliff tops.
One mile away is the small picturesque fishing and sailing harbour of Keyhaven whilst the market town and yacht sailing centre of Lymington is close by.
All around us is the New Forest National Park renowned for ponies, woods, open hearth land and wonderful walks. The quaint villages of Beaulieu and Butlers Hard are 10 miles away - famous for the Abbey, the Motor Museum which has the UK's finest collection of vintage cars and a maritime museum.
Bournemouth and Dorset are also close

The New Forest area has plenty of horse riding facilities available.
Boats can be charted for sea fishing from Keyhaven.
Canoing can be arranged on the Beaulieu river
