Set in a terrace of similar stone built properties dating back to 1874.
Spacious ground floor accommodation comprising of lounge with dining area next to separate galley style kitchen fitted with modern units. Lounge leads through to Sunlounge and out onto the lawned rear garden.
First floor Master bedroom with ensuite shower room. Further bedroom with 2 single beds. Family bathroom. Gas central heating and double glazed throughout.

The surrounding area

Staithes is a small fishing village 12 miles north of Whitby. It has a harbour and small beach. Choice of Public Houses, Cafes, Gift shops in addition to a Restaurant, Butchers shop, Post Office etc.
Ideally located to discover the holiday resorts of Whitby, Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington or the smaller picturesque coastal villages of Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay. Bordering the North Yorkshire moors and only 1 hour away from the historic city and shopping centre of York.

Ideal location for walking.
Cleveland Way runs through Staithes village to the north and south along the North Sea coastline.
Also explore the beautiful scenery of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

Travel information
 

Departing from Whitby on A174 road signposted Saltburn. On approaching Staithes village continue along A174 road (do not turn right into Staithes Lane) after 1 km turn right at signpost COWBAR. Continue along Cowbar Lane until reaching second row of cottages on right hand side. Park at far side.
