This well-appointed house is located in a small, quietly situated settlement on a 3,000 m2 property into slope situation with a lovely look over plantations up to the sea (beeline approx. 2 km). The property can be reached well over a tarred minor road. It is approx. 4 km to the place Moncarapachomit Banks, mail, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, doctors. Moorings are in 7 km of distance for the ferries with marvelous sandy beaches to the different offshore bathing islands of the "Ria Formosa". It is approx. 20 km to the airport Faro.
A garden laid out with customary plants which passes over area in the rest into a nature garden is into house proximity. An enclosure arrange a generous and simultaneously safe atmosphere from trees, bushes and a natural stone wall. You enter a big reconsidered terrace sheltered from the wind from the living room. Stairs lead down to the pool area with a 4 x 9 m big pelvis (saltwater system).
