both holiday houses have a floor space of - 76 m2 and have also an outside terrace for 6 persons in an enclosed garden. Each house has a TV-set with Astra and receipt of the French channels. There is a fire-place, ironing facilities, and a kitchen with freezer, oven, microwave, dish washing machine, linen washing machine and the necessary kitchen material. The sheets are provided by us, and are made of silk which is best suited for the local climate.
The swimming pool is 6 x 14 m., between 1.25 en 1.50 m. deep and only used by us and our holiday guests. It is the whole day exposed to the sun. The water of the pool comes from our local source.

The surrounding area
La Tour Sencers was built in the 18th century on the ruins of a large bastide. Remainders in some walls indicate that this bastide used old local Roman building-material. The name “Tour” is based on the tower which was used as a pigeon tower (pigeonnier) and “Sencers” on the name of the part of town called Saint Cers. The buildings were restored from 1999 tot 2001 and provide a high standard of comfort. The 30 hectare domain has many cherry and olive trees. In front of the house there are 3 plane trees that are more than 300 years old. They provide in summer shadow and cool temperatures. La Tour Sencers is in the Luberon Natural Park, with its many walking and cycling trails. One of these runs next to the domain.
