The 10 semi-detached farm houses lie on a hill-terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view over the landscape of the Capo Vaticano region, to the sea and the island Stromboli. The ca. 15 ha large estate, on which the 10 vacation houses are built, offers his guests an ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful nature.
Every vacation house consists of two independent, tastefully furnished about 60sqm large apartments with a large covered terrace with garden furniture.

There is one washing machine in common at the disposal of the guests.
On the property is a large pool and a smaller pool and at the pool-bar you get beverages and snacks. Furthermore there is a common barbecue. The guests have the possibility to serve themselves from the products of the agricultural business like vegetables and fruits.
The owners have a small holiday village at the beach of St. Maria about 1,5km away where you can use all facilities like private beach, restaurant, tennis court, etc.
The surrounding area
The beautiful landscape and the fanstastic beaches offer a variety of activities such as hiking, mountain biking, water sports and trips in the area.
The essential facilities like grocery stores, post office, restaurants etc- you find in the nearby located small village S. Nicolò, that is reachable by foot in about 15 mins. The closest railway station (Ricadi) is 3 km away.
