We have 3 Appartments (75 qm, 60 qm and 50 qm). They consist of 2 double rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. They also have a balcony on the south side. Sat-TV, bedclothes, towels and dishes are also available in the appartment.
Close to the house we have a sunbathing area and a playground for children.

In winter Völs offers you a lot of opportunities. Alpine skiing and cross country skiing at the Seiser Alm, you con luge in a natural toboggan run or ice skating at the near Völser Weiher lake.

By Car: Leave motorway A22 at Bozen Nord; follow the indicatiions to Schlerngebiet; after about 3 km there is the village Blumau; still follow the direction Schlerngebiet. The village of Völs is about 8 km from Blumau. In Völs follow the direction Obervöls (green area). after about 700m there is the Platzerhof.
