The vacation rental

The Stadtnest Holiday Home is centrally located in a beautiful Vienna old town building of the late 19th century. It is situated on the first floor.

The Stadtnest Apartment can be rented either in a 45sqm version for 1-2 persons or a 60sqm version for 3-4 persons.

The apartment has one bed- cum living room (big double bed), one smaller bed room (two single beds), fully functional kitchen (gas stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee and tea maker), one bathroom with tub and integrated shower facilities, one separate WC. There are of course sufficient linen & towels, a TV (cable) with DVD Player. There is a computer with 24h free Internet access, a phone for free local calls, room safe, fan, hair dryer.

The surrounding area

Central location with excellent connection to public transport (subway, trainstation, bus, tram).

The neighbourhood is safe and quiet (small alley without any through traffic).

Vienna's biggest shopping street is in three minutes walking distance, with lots of shops, restaurants, banks, and other facilities.
