Apartment Havana in Munich (up to 2 guests): beautiful classic Jugendstil furnitures. Light bedroom with a king size bed (200x200), chairs and wardrobe. LCD wall TV set with international and local programmes.

Apartment Miami in Munich (up to 4 guests): spacious, with a lot of light and modern furnitures. There is a double king size bed and a sleeping sofa. With a pleasent living space, with leather armchairs and design glass table. Modern 16:9 32" TV set, with DVD player and stereo set.

Both apartments have kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler and toaster.

A badroom with toilet and shower is provided in both cases.

Perfect location in Bogenhausen, 50 meters away from the underground station Prinzregentenplatz (U4) and from the Museums bus line (100). In 5 mins in the city center, in 20 mins in the New Munich Trade Center, and in 45 mins in the Munich Airport. A wide variety of restaurants, both german and international cuisine in the neighbourhood. Within less than 100 meters you will find the Prinzregenten Theater for scenary arts, and the Prinzregenten Stadium for sports. The most importante museums in Munich (the Deutsches Museum and the Pinakotheks) are reached within very few minutes by bus or by underground.

Travel information
 

At the (Central Train Station) in Munich (Hauptbahnhof) you have to take to the subway (U-Bahn) line U4, in direction to Arabella Park. Five (5) stations later, at the station Prinzregentenplatz you have to get out. Please find the building with the number 93 at the Prinzregentenstrasse.
