The detached villa sits on one of the several small hills in Tavira Town and enjoys views along the river, over the Roman Bridge and the town centre and out to sea. With ~250 sqm, 4 bedrooms (2 x double, 2 x twin), 3 bathrooms, Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, Utility Room (Washer, Drier, etc), part aircon, pool 11m x 5m, etc, the villa is amply equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. Bedlinen is changed and the villa cleaned each 6 to 8 days, towels are changed and bathrooms cleaned each 3 to 4 days. There are 2 TV's (SKY Free to Air), DVD, WiFi internet, etc; telephone can be connected on request. Outside there are sun-loungers and umbrellas by the pool, BBQ, dining facilities for up to 8 guests, and parking space for two automobiles.

An ideal base for families who want to enjoy the many attractions of Tavira and of the Algarve, the villa sits on top of one of the several small hills in Tavira town ~6 to 10 minutes walk from the old centre. Nearby are several magnificent golf courses (Benamor, Quintas da Ria/da Cima, Monte Rei, Castro Marim, Quinta Vale, Colina Cerde, etc) and some wonderful white strands – Ilha da Tavira offers ~12km of unspoilt beaches and even a secluded nudist beach. Express buses connect Tavira to Seville, Faro, Lisbon, etc; a local train serves the Algarve coastal towns. In summer the Camara arranges street theatre, Exhibitions, Fairs, Circus, etc. You can go cycling, horseriding, diving, deepsea fishing, surfing, birdwatching, etc.

Travel information
Take A22 from Faro toward Spain. In the Tavira exit take N270 toward Tavira. After ~4km come to N125, take direction Spain again. After ~0,8km take first right turn direction Tavira. After ~60m turn right again – you are now already in UZ Colina da Asseca; follow the one way system to Nº 80.
