The duplex apartment has ~120sqm floor space. It is fully tiled, fully air- conditioned, all windows fitted with blackout curtains. There are two bedrooms (1 double en suite, 1 x twin), living room, dining room, kitchen plus a breakfast balcony with a view to the sea (directly off the living room). There is a private entrance opening directly onto the garden close to one of the pool areas. Safe parking for your automobile is available close to the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped for up to six guests; sofa-bed, camp-bed, cot can be provided as required for 5th and 6th guests. Entertainment facilities include Sky "Free to Air", Cable TV, DVD, CD, Radio, etc.

The vacation apartment is in the Tavira Garden complex and is ideal for families who wish to be convenient to the many attractions of Tavira Town and of the Algarve generally. The complex is ~1km (15 mins walk) from the centre of Tavira band is close to several first class golf courses and to the magnificent beaches of Tavira Island (Ilha da Tavira). There are two adult and two kids pools, gym, tennis, Bar/Restaurant, etc (usage charges may apply for tennis and gym). A good-sized supermarket lies within ~300 yds. Tavira is surrounded by the Ria Formosa Nature Park which offers bird-watching, horse riding, hiking, etc. The old walled towns of the Guadiana Valley are half an hour away while express buses connect directly to Seville.

Take A22 from Faro direction Spain. In Tavira exit take N270 direction Tavira. After 4km come to N125, take direction Spain. After 2km come to roundabout; Tavira Garden is ~400m after this on the left (On the right is a garden centre and a large direction panel).
