We have four balcony room with a magnificent view. Two rooms share one shower and one toilet. There is also a lounge with cable TV, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine in the house, which can be used at any time.
We also have an infrared sauna, where you can relaxing sweat after a busy skiing or hiking day.
We can also spoil you with own bio farm products how for example cheese, butter, milk, yogurt, eggs, stainless fires and so on.
We also have a barbecue place, a lawn, a playground with a small swimmingpool and much more.
Upon request, you will get Zillertaler home-cooked meals served from me.

The surrounding area
The farm is located in a quiet location in the middle of the Zillertaler alps, 1 kilometer befor the little village Ginzling and 10 minutes with the car removed from Mayrhofen.
Ginzling is a perfect starting point for many hikes, climbing routes and cycling routes.
Moreover a nature park exhibition is in the village, which can visit in Summer anytime.
In Winter, there is a little skilift, a cross-country trail and a sledging path, otherwise there is a gratis skibus - 30 metres from the accommodation away - to Mayrhofen, where the Skifun have no borders.
In Mayrhofen are also: shops, an outdoor and indoor pool, tennis courts, miniature golf, bowling, cinema and more.
