The vacation rental
The vacation house is for selfcatering, a romantic cottage called Almhof Katharina from the 19th century but set up with the comforts of today. The situation is unique, in sole position on top of 2 hectares.
In the summer you can get to the house by car, in winter, the way to the house is cleared, with a four-wheel drive and snow chains, you can go to the house, otherwise there is a parkingplace approximately 250 m in front of the house. The house is located in Mühlbach, 3 km from Hollersbach, 2 km to the entrance to the ski area Kitzbuehel.
Entrance on the terrace, ground floor: 2 bedrooms, one with doublebed and 2 single beds, and one with doblebed. kitchen with grandma's old furniture and wood stove, but also an electric oven, dishwasher, coffeemachine, 2 tables with comfortable sitting corner, Sat TV, 3x fridgerator, freezer, extra dining room with Bar for 5 persons, toilet, Ski room and woodshed. First floor: 3 bedrooms (one for 4 persons with 2 double beds and washbasin in the room, the other one with double bed and single bed, and one with 3 single beds put together, 2 shower and washbasin in the hall). Heating with 5 wood-oven and warm water from electric-boiler, also 3 little electric-heater. Garden with grill and fireplace, in the winter the hill in front of the vacation house is for toboggan and ski-beginners
