Splendid semi detached villa positioned on a hillside in Alcanada. Built on 3 levels with balconies and terraces on each, the villa offers wonderful views across the bay of Alcudia to the mountains beyond. Accessed from the road by a set of steps the ground floor consists of the pool area and patio, which is furnished with high quality teak and stainless steel sun loungers. A further set of steps leads up to the main entrance level which features another terrace with a teak patio style dining table and parasol. Inside the light and airy lounge/dining area has direct access out onto the front terrace that overlooks the pool below. On this level you will find, a fully fitted kitchen with pine cabinets and marble work tops and a short corridor which leads to two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Stairs lead up to the top floor which consists of a double and a twin bedroom which share a large balcony, a further twin bedroom with its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom. All the top floor bedrooms have access to a separate shared complete bathroom.
The surrounding area
Alcudia is a great centre for a holiday in Mallorca, with easy access to miles of sandy beaches, rocky calas and cool mountains. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby if you want them, yet you can easily retreat into your own little world of peace and serenity.

In order to guarantee the reservation, an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night of the booking will be charged by the owner of Villa Alcanada to the credit card as soon as the booking is processed. Cancellations and alterations must be made at least 30 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or alteration in breach of this policy, the owner of Villa Alcanada will retain the deposit as a penalty. In the event of a no-show, the owner of Villa Alcanada will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking to the credit card provided.
