The house has a porch with arches and on one side a patio, on the other a large grassy flat yard/lawn. The living quaters include two bedrooms and an additional livingroom (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a large kitchen-dining room with a view of the forest.

Bernstein has a very healthy climate (600m above sealevel) and in the area there are many paths with views of the beautiful surroubdings.
Shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. In th town there is a pond for swimming, tennis courts and a soccer field.
The famous thermal baths of Tatzmannsdorf are only 10 km awayas is Austrias well known peacecamp Schlaining.
