Both rooms with access to the balcony with sea-view on the bay of Siviri. Bath with shower, wash-basins and toilet. Access to the front-balcony. 3rd floor: big air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (160 cm), baby-bed with mosquito-net, access to the circulation balcony with sea-view, Bath with shower, wash-basins and toilet. The surrounding area
2 sandy beaches (Siviri and Elani) on foot in approximately 15 - 20 min. attainable (2 km). Siviri has several restaurants, small supermarket and a long sandy beach. At the sandy beach of Elani a hotel, whose facilities (swimming pool, fitness-area, tennis court) can be used by our tenants. A small shop and restaurant also existing. To a Discounter (LIDL) approximately 10 minutes with car. In Kassandria (5 minutes with car), another markets, banks, restaurants and pharmacies. Big weekly market is Tuesday. In Kalthea (1o minutes with car) you find a beautiful sandy beach (jet-ski, pedal boat and so on), reatsurants, discos, bowling, and go-kart range.
