The Holiday House, the Art Gallery and the Garden are situated on a sunny terrace in upper Kobdilj just next to the former Fabiani Estate. We are reachable by car from the main square of lower Kobdilj or by foot from Štanjel on the Fabiani path, which is clearly signposted (a 15-20 minute pleasant walk). The nearest Adriatic beach is at Sistiana mare (I) - 25 minutes away. It takes 1/2 h to the famous caves of Skocjan or Postojna, 1 h to Ljubljana or Piran, less than 2 hours to Venice or the Soca Valley (Julian Alps).
