The house is situated in Morbach-Hinzerath a village with 400 inhabitants within the Hunsrueck. It has 105 sqm. The generously proportioned livingroom (with satellite tv) with open and well-provided kitchen has 70 sqm with a beautiful open-fire-place in the center.

The river Mosel is just 15 minutes away by car. There are cycle tracks along the river and excursion boats. In the villages along the Mosel you can hire bicycles. In Winter you can do cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.
