The apartment is located in a earthy 1814 built and newly renovated house.
The apartment is about 120 square metres and offers accommodation for 10 persons.
In the apartment are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two WC, a big living room and a completely equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, egg cooker, coffee machine, kettle and much more.
In winter, a ski room with shoe dryers are available.
We also provide on request a roll service and self produced bio products.
We also provide towels, a hair dryer and bed linen.

The surrounding area
The house is located in a quiet location, 1 kilometer befor the little village Ginzling and 10 minutes with the car removed from Mayrhofen.
Ginzling is a perfect starting point for many hikes, climbing routes and cycling routes.
Moreover a nature park exhibition is in the village, which can visit in Summer anytime.
In Winter, there is a little skilift, a cross-country trail and a sledging path, otherwise there is a gratis skibus - 30 metres from the accommodation away - to Mayrhofen, where the Skifun have no borders.
In Mayrhofen are also: shops, an outdoor and indoor pool, tennis courts, miniature golf, bowling, cinema and more.
