The vacation house is located in a garden laid out beautifully in very quiet housing estates. In the garden is a 15 sqm terrace area with garden furnitures and parasol, grill, swing, pond and a big lawn for sunbathing.

Woltersdorf lies in a very beautiful woods and sea rich landscape at the eastern outskirts of Berlin. It is 20 km with the car to Berlin city center. Alternatively comes also without car into the city (5 min footpath 7 min streetcar 30 min suburban train). Bathing places and boat hire business are only approx 3 km away, countries and woods are attainable on foot.
